The clients on this project owned a beautiful flat, sunny section in Titirangi with lovely sea views. It only had one problem – very difficult access. It required carving a driveway through a ridge to access the building platform.
Once access was obtained we were able to build the client’s dream home, surrounded by huge areas of deck and bush.
2A Hoskins Ave, Hillsborough
Built on a steep section with unstable ground, this house required foundations on an industrial level.
With huge retaining walls and some piles going down 11m, we were able to build this impressive home.
